The Kettlebell Body Composition Program Squat, Swing and Lunge your way through this Lactate Threshold Training Circuit designed to boost your HGH (Human Growth Hormone) levels--the Anti-Aging hormone that has multiple significant positive effects on skin, muscle tone, mood, energy, sleep quality and bone density. 3. Kettlebell H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) VO2 Max Program. Take your Endurance Training to the next level in this kettlebell program which utilizes the Tabata protocol to develop optimal aerobic/anaerobic synergy in a short, intense workout designed to increase the ability of your cardiovascular system to transport oxygen to your muscles while increasing the ability of your muscles to use that oxygen. 4. Kettlebell ACL Injury Prevention Program Although there is no way to provide a guarantee against injury, this program will give your knee the best chance possible to avoid ACL injury and keep you in the game instead of on the sidelines. This program is focused on strength development of the lower extremity; core stability; and the creation and enforcement of correct patterns of neuromuscular sequencing essential to protecting the ACL.
